You move to the next stage when you're ready. A fixed price in writing before we start: you pay for roles at work, not for developer hours.
- Stage 1
Scale assessment
We understand your operation before proposing anything.
- A 60-minute kickoff session with management
- Within 48 business hours, your Scale Map: where your operation gets stuck and the 3 roles with the highest return
- Within two weeks, the full blueprint of your digital office with a fixed price
- It costs $2,999 MXN with VAT included and is 100% credited toward your contract. If you don't hire us, you keep the map and the blueprint.
- Stage 2
We build your digital team
Without changing your systems, and your team keeps working.
- We train every role on your company's information: your prices, your policies and the way you talk to customers
- We connect it to what you already use: WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, your CRM, your calendar or your point of sale
- The metrics each role must meet are signed at kickoff
- The Roles plan is ready in 2 to 3 weeks; a Living Office, in 4 to 6 weeks
- Stage 3
We operate with you
We don't hand you a tool and leave: we run it with you.
- A log of everything each role does
- A monthly report and adjustments
- You watch every role work in your 3D office
- A 90-day adjustment guarantee on the signed metrics
- Stage 4
You scale

90-day adjustment guarantee
If a role doesn't deliver what we signed, we adjust it at no cost.
If, within the first 90 days after delivery, a role doesn't meet the metrics we agreed on in writing in your plan, we adjust it at no cost until it does.
Applies to the metrics signed at kickoff and requires your information and access to arrive on time. It is not a refund.
